Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to standard physical goods sold online.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, email us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returns
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item (or proof of return), we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Original delivery charges are refunded at the standard delivery rate.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Risk passes to the customer when the item is delivered into their physical possession, or that of a person nominated by them. If an item is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone can receive your item. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

Products
We sell physical goods. Some products are manufactured after an order is placed. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights for standard products. Minor variations may occur.
Orders

Shipping:
Since these products are made to order, it will take an estimated 1-7 days for your product to be made. Shipping typically takes approximately 8 days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier performance.
Care Instructions:
Since our product is made of acrylic yarn, and polyester filling (depending on the product bought) it can be machine washed. Ensure the wash is on a delicate cycle, with cold water, and a mild detergent. Do not dry under high heat, as the acrylic may melt. Use low heat drying and constantly monitor the product to avoid over drying, and possibly shrinkage.
Alternatively you can handwash our products by soaking them in lukewarm (not hot) water. Add a mild detergent (avoid harsh chemicals). If it is a keychain, gently squeeze the keychain repeatedly to ensure the detergent has gone through completely. You may use your finger to gently rub the detergent in a concentrated area that may stained, or just for a general surface clean. For a keychain accessory it's best to skip the squeezing method, and gently rub the inside and outside of the product for a good clean. When rinsing the product (do NOT use hot water at all), ensure you do NOT twist or wring the product, use the squeezing method aforementioned to remove excess water.
Leave the product out to air dry on a clean towel. Under NO circumstances should you put this product very close to/directly on top of a high heat source. E.g. a flame, a radiator, etc. This will cause the acrylic to melt or deform and we are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
